Telstra has implemented a fix that DVE Cloud is actively monitoring.

We would like to inform you that DVE Cloud has recently observed an intermittent call routing issue affecting several Telstra services calling into DVE Cloud numbers/services. At this stage, there does not appear to be a clear pattern as to which customers are impacted.
While this issue falls outside of DVE Cloud's network and is beyond our ability to resolve directly, please rest assured that we are actively monitoring the situation. We will continue to track any developments and provide updates as necessary.
